Grain moisture analyzer Farmcomp WILE-78 designed for express measurement of the mass fraction of moisture in grains, legumes, oilseeds and grass seeds. The moisture meter implements a resistive method for measuring the mass fraction of moisture and is a microprocessor device that provides the output of the percentage of moisture content and the name of the controlled crop. Moisture content data is displayed on a backlit LCD display. Intuitive control of the device. The menu is displayed in Russian. It is possible to make amendments to factory calibrations. Structurally, the moisture meter is made as a monoblock with a set of built-in sensitive sensors. The sensor is a cylinder with a screw cap and is equipped with a built-in mill and press that allows you to crush, homogeneously mix and compress the sample being measured. The mill, press and measuring cup are assembled together in the sensor cover. The front panel of the moisture meter contains an electronic display and keyboard. At the bottom of the moisture meter there is a special compartment for the battery. When measuring moisture, a grain sample is poured into the measuring cylinder of the sensor and screwed on with a lid. At the same time, the grain sample is crushed using a grinder built into the sensor to obtain the highest measurement accuracy.
