Grain moisture meter Farmcomp WILE-65

Grain moisture meter Wile 65The main purpose of the Wile 65 moisture meter is operational control of the moisture content of grain, oilseeds and legumes. The WILE-65 device is a modification of the Wile-55 moisture meter. The name of the crop being measured is displayed directly on the display. Suitable for measuring the moisture content of the following crops: wheat, rye, barley, oats, buckwheat, millet, sorghum, corn, sunflower, peas, soybeans, rice, flax (seed), mustard, wheat flour and rice. The short measurement time (5 seconds) and the small volume of samples required for research (90 cubic cm) allow you to measure humidity quickly and in almost any conditions. The Wile 65 moisture meter is very convenient to use: during harvesting and transportation; at the current, elevator, flour mills and other places where grain is stored. Advantages of the Wile 65 Grain Moisture Meter: Small size and weight. The device's dimensions (178 x 68 mm) are less than a half-liter plastic bottle of water, and it also comes with a convenient case with a shoulder strap. So it’s easy to carry with you and take it out at any time for quick measurements. Intuitive Russified menu. The meter is designed for a wide range of users and is equipped with a fully Russified, intuitive menu, so measuring humidity with it is very convenient. Even a beginner can easily figure out how to take measurements and read readings. The device’s memory contains data on 16 types of grains, oilseeds and legumes, which allows you to obtain the most accurate measurement result in accordance with the characteristics of each type. Memory for a series of measurements + calculation of the average value. When you take a series of measurements, ALL of them are stored in memory, and the device produces a ready-made average measurement result, which it calculates automatically (the average result is even more accurate than single measurements, especially if you need to check the moisture content of a large batch of grain). Manual calibration. If the factory calibration does not suit you, you can adjust the operation of the meter as you need. When connecting an external temperature sensor (purchased separately), it can measure not only humidity, but also temperature, thereby providing maximum control over the condition of the grain (the temperature sensor is not included). The Wile 65 Grain Moisture Meter comes with a convenient carrying case. How does the Wile 65 grain moisture meter work? The operation of the device is based on the method of measuring moisture using high-frequency electrical voltage. The sample of grain crops under study is scanned with an alternating voltage; its attenuation in the sample depends on density and humidity. The device measures how much the electrical voltage has decreased from the original value and recalculates the data using a special formula, which is individual for each type of grain. This method allows you to measure the moisture content of grains and seeds ranging from 8 to 35% and oilseeds from 5 to 25% in a time of no more than 5 seconds. For maximum accuracy, the device has a function of taking into account the individual characteristics of grains depending on the variety. The memory of the Wile 65 meter contains data on the most common types of grains, oilseeds and legumes, 16 varieties in total. Manba: https://www.nv-lab.ru/catalog_info.php?ID=2015
