Grain moisture meter Farmcomp WILE-55

Grain moisture meter Farmcomp WILE-55 The Wile 55 moisture meter is designed for express measurement of the moisture content of grain, leguminous and oilseed crops, as well as their processed products. The Wile 55 moisture meter is used in field conditions, during harvesting, storage and processing of grain, during post-harvest processing and drying of grain, at currents, when placing grain in storage, as well as at enterprises where express analysis of grain quality is necessary. Suitable for measuring moisture in the following crops: wheat, rye, barley, oats, buckwheat, millet, sorghum, corn, sunflower, peas, soybeans, rice, flax (seed), mustard, wheat flour and rice. The device is certified and included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation under No. 206801-00 and approved for use in the Russian Federation. The Wile 55 moisture meter is a microprocessor-based electronic device that provides direct display of the percentage of moisture in the mass being measured on an electronic digital display as a percentage of weight. The measurement process is based on measuring the capacitance of the material being measured. Structurally, the moisture meter is designed as a portable monoblock with a built-in sensor. The sensor is a measuring cylinder with a screw cap. The front panel contains an electronic digital display, a device power button and a command selection button. Measuring with the Wile 55 is easy. After selecting the grain type, you only need to press a button. The large digital display makes it easy to read even in low light conditions. The list of measured crops and the corresponding numbers of measurement scales are located on a sticker on the side of the device. The moisture meter measurement scales are designed in accordance with the standard quality of grain crops. The characteristics of the measured grain can vary significantly depending on the growing conditions of the grain and the availability of new varieties. For this reason, before the start of the new season, we recommend checking that the moisture meter readings correspond to the readings of the drying cabinet at the elevator where the grain is delivered. It is recommended to measure at least five samples and use the average of the measurements of these five samples as the result of measuring the moisture content of the entire mass. If the moisture meter readings differ from the drying oven readings, make an adjustment to the measurement scale. This point is especially important to consider when measuring the moisture content of a large mass of grain and if you assume that the quality of the grain is different from normal. Advantages of the Farmcomp WILE-55 moisture meter Automatic compensation of temperature differences between the moisture meter and the environment. Automatic averaging of measurement results. Possibility of making amendments to the measurement scale taking into account the result obtained by the oven drying method. Possibility of connecting an external temperature sensor.
