The vibration type of viscometer allows you to continuously measure the viscosity of Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids: sols, gels, suspensions, liquids containing bubbles, fluid samples, etc. The tuning fork vibration method implemented in the vibrating viscometer allows you to achieve excellent repeatability of viscosity measurement results. Measurement of flowing samples, including liquids in laminar flow, is provided. Using a viscometer, you can measure the viscosity of a sample with a volume of 2 ml (minimum size), and a standard stage allows you to correctly install the sample container by moving it in 3 planes. Convenient graphical display of data in real time. Remote vacuum fluorescence (VFD) display, which simplifies the operator's work. Thin sensor plates and their vibration (rather than rotation, as with a rotary device) do not cause significant deformation of the sample structure, so stable viscosity measurement results can be obtained. The low vibration frequency of the device allows you to measure foaming samples without damaging the foam. Only minor dispersion of large foam is possible. The viscometer can immediately perform an accurate measurement as the sample and temperature sensor reach temperature equilibrium within seconds. When the process is turned on, measurements can be taken as long as the user needs. The sensor plates are thin and small in area and weight; they are little affected by changes in sample temperature. Thanks to this, the device allows you to monitor changes in viscosity over time. Having a viscosity standard (a standard sample of fluid with a given viscosity) allows you to easily calibrate the viscosity. You can perform calibration using either one or two points. If necessary, you can return to the exact factory settings.
