DTpak device for sealing microplates

DTpak device for sealing microplates used in real-time PCR microplate assays and works with a variety of microplate and film types. The device is effective when working with plates of various types and designs, heights and materials, from different manufacturers, including PCR plates with “skirts”, “half-skirts” and without “skirts”. Sealing parameters, including optimal block heating temperature, movable carriage clamping force and time, can be selected using special software and stored in the device's built-in memory. The LCD display displays device status, selected parameters, including current temperature and sealing time. With the ability to select parameters optimized for combinations of specific plates and films, DTpack guarantees reproducibility and reliable sealing, preventing sample loss, associated with insufficient or excessive sealing.
