Endoscopic disinfection unit UDE-2-KRONT Designed for high-level disinfection (TLD) flexible endoscopes for non-sterile endoscopic interventions. The installation allows you to increase the productivity of medical personnel, reduce labor costs and ensure high safety and efficiency of endoscope processing. The installation is a trolley with an installed endoscope processing device ENDODESIS-"CRONT". The trolley consists of a frame structure with a bathtub with a lid for immersing the endoscope, shelves, a tray and KDS-KRONT containers placed on it. The bath is made of impact-resistant polystyrene or ABS plastic and has streamlined contours to avoid critical bending of the endoscope during processing and allows the placement of any models of flexible endoscopes. The bath is equipped with a device for draining waste solutions. The drainage device is made in the form of a flexible tube with a locking tip. The tray and hanging shelves are made of polypropylene. The principle of operation of the installation is to fill and constantly pump through all channels of the endoscope a solution of a disinfectant, water for rinsing, air and alcohol to dry the channels through adapters and flushing tubes for the time specified in instructions for using a specific product with the ability to control the temperature of the solution. It is possible to process several channels simultaneously - up to 5 (aspiration, instrumental, water, air and one additional channel). The device pumps working solutions at a constant speed and pressure, eliminating the possibility of retaining air bubbles in the channels, thereby ensuring high efficiency in processing endoscope channels. The device allows you to automatically provide the required time endoscope processing and temperature control of the working solution. The following are connected to the device: - an intake line for collecting working solutions from the washing bath; - pressure line for connection to the inputs of endoscope channels. The pressure line is equipped with adapters for connecting to the inputs of endoscope channels and a safety valve to prevent excess pressure from occurring in the channels. Filtration of the disinfectant solution supplied to the endoscope channels is ensured by a two-stage filter, consisting of a pre-filter and a fine mesh filter. The filter meshes are made of stainless steel with cell sizes of 0.1 and 0.5 mm. To remove residual disinfectant after HLD, the endoscope must be transferred for rinsing to a washing bath / container with water of regulated microbiological quality.
