KRONT UDE-1 endoscopic disinfection unit
Endoscopic disinfection unit UDE-1-"KRONT" Designed for high-level disinfection (HLD) of flexible endoscopes, video endoscopes, endoscopes with ultrasonic sensors of domestic and foreign production. The installation is a one-piece bath with a lid made of impact-resistant, chemical-resistant plastic for placing an endoscope. To fill the internal channels of the endoscope, the unit is equipped with a manual two-way pump. The bath is made of polystyrene and has streamlined contours to avoid critical bends of the endoscope during processing and a lid to prevent evaporation of solutions. The tub configuration also ensures minimal disinfectant consumption. The bath is equipped with a device for draining waste solutions, which is made in the form of a silicone tube with a fixed tip. The pump provides a continuous supply of filtered solutions into the internal channels of the endoscope without the formation of air bubbles or stream breaks, which guarantees disinfection of all channel surfaces. The pump is made of stainless steel, fluoroplastic and chemically resistant rubber. Two-stage filtration of working solutions from hardness salts, protein residues, etc. is provided. The filters are made of stainless steel filter mesh with a cell size of no more than 0.5 mm. Installation on a frame structure, which is made in the form of a trolley with four swivel wheel supports Ø75 mm with a rubber rim with plastic shock-absorbing bumpers. Two supports with a brake for reliable fixation at the place of use. Accessories: Pallet and hanging shelves made of polypropylene. For the convenience of sanitary processing, they are self-fixing and easily removable. Polymer container container (working volume: 0.2±0.05 l) KDS-0.2 with a perforated tray and lid is designed for processing endoscopic instruments and accessories (valves, caps and plugs). Overall dimensions (Diameter × Height), mm: Ø96 × 72 (without handle). Quantity – 2 pcs. Polymer container container (working volume: 1±0.2 l) KDS-1 with a perforated tray and lid is designed for processing endoscopic instruments and accessories (valves, caps and plugs). Overall dimensions (L × W × H): 280 × 155 × 105 mm. Quantity – 1 pc. Polymer container container (working volume: 10±1.6 l) KDS-10 with a perforated tray and lid is designed for collecting and storing reusable solutions and rinsing bronchoscopes with sterile, boiled or purified water using antibacterial filters. Overall container size (L × W × H): 450 × 325 × 205 mm. Quantity – 2 pcs. A set of devices for connecting endoscopes (adapters and devices) are designed to connect various models of Olympus, Pentax and LOMO endoscopes. Processing of flexible endoscopes in the installation is carried out according to the following guidelines: Sanitary and epidemiological rules SP 3.1.3263-15 “Prevention of infectious diseases during endoscopic interventions”; MU 3.1.3420-17 “Ensuring epidemiological safety of non-sterile endoscopic interventions on the gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract”; other current documents that reflect issues of processing endoscopes; instructions for the use of specific disinfectants. Endoscopes are disinfected by immersion in a disinfectant solution, filling all cavities and channels with it through adapters for filling the channels using a hand pump, achieving complete contact of the surfaces of the product with the solution. High-level disinfection of endoscopes is carried out according to the regimes established by the instructions for the use of specific products. To remove residual disinfectant and rinse after HLD, the endoscope must be placed in a washing bath/container with water of regulated microbiological quality. Rinse the endoscope channels through the accessories using a syringe/pump and displace the water with air. The installation can be treated with any approved disinfectants.
