Training manipulator with angular kinematics
The educational manipulator is implemented on the basis of intelligent Dynamixel servo modules and a specialized control system. Thanks to the use of high-quality Dynamixel servo modules, used in professional activities in the field of robotics, the training manipulator has increased accuracy and repeatability of the positioning of the executive body (gripper) compared to any other training models. The presence of a built-in control system for Dynamixel servo modules and a variety of feedbacks provides the ability to flexibly configure and control the manipulator during its operation. A modular robotic controller is used to control the handling robot, which provides the possibility of modernization and expansion of functionality. The technical features presented below make it possible to use this manipulation RTK to develop a production line layout used in competitions.
