Training manipulator with plane-parallel kinematics
An educational and laboratory robotic complex based on a 3DOF manipulative RTK, controlled using client-server software installed on the student’s personal computer. The use of RTK in the educational process makes it possible to introduce students to the principles of design and construction of manipulation robots, control algorithms for manipulation robots, the basics of control software development, as well as the basic principles of constructing control system architectures for flexible production cells. The educational and laboratory manipulative robotic complex is implemented on the basis of components used in professional areas of robotics and is a block-modular constructor for developing layouts of flexible production lines. Thanks to this, students can learn in practice the basic principles of designing industrial robotic systems and their control systems, as well as develop their own projects of various robotic systems for industrial use.
