Training warning light
A training signal lamp is a device that allows you to send light signals of different shades: red, blue, yellow and green, by controlling the LEDs included in the lamp. The design of the signal lamp consists of plastic elements reinforced with a metal frame. The warning lamp LEDs are controlled using the built-in computing module. The clock frequency of the computing microcontroller is 16 MHz. A TTL serial interface is used to set up and configure the signal lamp computing module, allowing the module to be configured as a Dynamixel-compatible device. The built-in computing module with an Ethernet interface, supporting a connection speed of at least 10 Mbit/s and no more than 100 Mbit/s, allows you to connect the signal lamp module, along with other smart devices of the production cell layout, made on the basis of handling robots, into one local network for control from a programmable controller or through a cloud service, using specialized software for dispatching and managing the production line layout. The software is a server application for collecting, storing and diagnosing commands and messages transmitted between smart devices, educational manipulatives and a remote cloud server. The software is also designed to test the performance of the control system of a production line layout by simulating control commands from the Internet of Things server, as well as logging and verifying commands received from the control system to devices included in the production line layout. The equipment is used as part of a production line mock-up to participate in competitions in the field of industrial automation and the Internet of Things.
