The Mikmed 5.0 microscope is suitable for hobby, teaching and surface inspection in production. Can be used for small and precise repair work, such as soldering or cutting tracks on printed circuit boards, to detect defects. Thanks to the adjustable stand holder, working with this microscope will be convenient in any type of research. Using the software included in the kit, you can take photos of the objects being studied, shoot videos and make high-precision measurements of angles, radii and linear dimensions of objects (with an accuracy of 0.01 mm). Mikmed 5.0 works on the principle of a digital camera. The microscope connects to a computer via USB and does not require additional power. Photos or video files are saved in the computer's memory; they can later be edited, archived, sent via email, etc. The size of the field of view (the part of the object under study visible through the microscope) depends on the magnification, which is adjusted by changing the distance from the lens to the object under study. Focusing is carried out using the focusing ring on the body. Mikmed 5.0 allows you to examine flat and three-dimensional objects using a tripod at a distance from 0 to 55 mm, without a tripod (hands-on) at a distance from 0 to 150 mm. At the minimum distance to the object (i.e. at maximum magnification), the size of the field of view is 2.5 × 1.9 mm, at a distance of 55 mm - 19 × 13.5 mm, at a distance of 150 mm - 60 × 45.5 mm, the size of the field of view at intermediate distances will differ from those given.
