Levenhuk Rainbow DM500 LCD is a digital microscope with photo and video recording capabilities. It provides magnification in the range from 7 to 200 times, allows you to work with samples of any degree of transparency, and also does not require a network connection. The microscope can be used to study insects, plant samples and finished microscopic preparations, and will also help in your favorite hobby if it is related to technology, electronics or modeling. The device provides magnification in the range from 7 to 200 times, the image is displayed on a built-in LCD screen with a diagonal of 5 inches (12.7 cm). The screen transmits a color image and can be tilted at a slight angle for more convenient operation. The microscope control buttons are located directly below the screen, but the kit also includes a wireless remote control. Not all functions are provided on it, but with its help you can start recording video, take photographs and adjust the zoom. Microspecimens are secured on the object table with clamps. For lighting, upper and lower LED lights with brightness adjustment are used. The backlight can be battery operated, making the device more mobile. Of the digital functions, the most important are photo and video recording. The device allows you to obtain high-resolution frames, on which you can examine in detail the structure of the samples being studied. This allows for the creation of digital research archives.
