Levenhuk D400 LCD Digital Microscope
Levenhuk D400 LCD Digital Microscope is a professional laboratory microscope for working with biological samples. Instead of a classic eyepiece, it is equipped with a 2 megapixel digital camera with an LCD screen on which you can observe the image in real time. This type of attachment is most convenient for long-term observations and group studies. The microscope will be a real boon for microbiologists, biochemists, veterinarians and specialists in other fields of science. The general magnification of the microscope ranges from 60 to 1500 times. The turret device holds four lenses. The kit already includes achromatic lenses with magnifications of 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x. Observations are carried out in bright field and using oil immersion, for the latter a 100x objective is used. The front lenses of high-power lenses (40x and 100x) are protected by special spring frames. Focusing can be done using two coaxial knobs, responsible for coarse and fine adjustment of sharpness. The lighting system consists of a classic bright-field Abbe condenser, an iris diaphragm and a lower LED with a collector. There is a filter holder. The backlight is dimmable and can be powered by rechargeable batteries or AC power. The microscope body is made of metal, the stage is equipped with a preparation guide. Let's say a few words about the digital camera. It transmits images in real time and allows you to record videos and photos in good resolution and at a high frame rate. On the back wall of the LCD screen there are connectors for connecting to external devices and a slot for a memory card. The control buttons are on the front panel.
