The Dino-Lite AM4113FVT digital microscope is a convenient modern device for studying opaque objects in the ultraviolet range. This model is useful in forensic science, for example, to determine the authenticity of documents or banknotes. In addition, the microscope can be used for medical purposes: ultraviolet illumination allows you to diagnose some types of dermatological diseases. The device provides a wide range of magnifications. The lens is made of special glass. Eight ultraviolet LEDs are used to illuminate the preparations; the spectral range is 390–400 nm. An emission filter eliminates returning ultraviolet radiation, resulting in images in natural colors. To improve picture quality, you can also use the standard infrared filter. The device provides magnification in the range of 10–70 times. In addition, it can be used to study objects at a magnification of 200x.
