Thermoreactor WTW CR 2200 intended for determination of COD, total nitrogen or phosphorus. High temperature for sure maintained throughout the entire reaction time, guaranteed complete sample decomposition. In every WTW thermoreactor recorded the most common temperatures and decomposition times in 7 easily accessible programs. For sample decomposition COD the user now has three programs available: 148 °C, 150 °C, in accordance with US EPA requirements for 120 minutes and, at the request of many users, rapid decomposition 20 minutes at 148 °C. In practice, this time is quite sufficient for many applications. All WTW thermoreactors optimally distribute heat between cuvettes, preventing overheating The design of the heating block will not allow reagents to enter inside if the cuvette bursts.
