Food thermometer Testo 112. Single-channel device for universal temperature measurement with self-diagnosis function. A wide measuring range from -50 to +300 °C allows the thermometer to be used both to determine the temperature in the oven and to control the storage conditions of deep-frozen meat. The check is activated automatically before starting a new series of measurements. This guarantees stable reliability of the results with an accuracy of ±0.2 - 0.5 °C. The device displays the minimum and maximum values. The built-in sound alert function is triggered when the specified temperature limits are exceeded. The maximum and minimum temperature values are displayed on a 2-line display. The thermometer is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. In combination with the cover, TopSafe has a degree of protection of IP65. The housing is dust-proof and can be exposed to jets of water from any direction without consequences. The electronic temperature meter is included in the State Register of SI.
