Sky-Watcher BK P1501EQ3-2 is a high-quality mirror telescope with excellent optics and reliable mechanics. This model is focused on studying deep space objects. The main mirror with a diameter of 150 mm collects a large amount of light and allows you to see even dim celestial bodies. For precise tracking of astronomical objects, the pipe is mounted on a German-type equatorial mount. Optics Sky-Watcher BK P1501EQ3-2 is a reflector with a parabolic main mirror that collects all the light rays incident on it at one point. As a result, the telescope produces a bright image without chromatism and spherical aberrations. A small secondary mirror reduces the impact of central shielding on image quality. To adjust sharpness, a 1.25" rack focuser is used. The kit includes 25 mm and 10 mm eyepieces. The first is intended for overview observations, and the second is more suitable for detailed study of objects. Mount The tube is mounted on the mount using a standard dovetail plate, so assembling the telescope is quite quick. The EQ3-2 equatorial mount is equipped with fine movement mechanisms on both axes. Convenient flexible handles allow you to control the movement of the pipe. For astrophotography, the mount can be supplemented with motor drives (not included) - in this case, a remote control will be used for control. The tripod is equipped with a tray for accessories. The height of the tripod legs can be adjusted.
