Telescope Sky-Watcher BK 809EQ2
The Sky-Watcher BK 809EQ2 achromatic refractor is the ideal tool for exploring the world of astronomy. This model is focused on studying objects of the Solar system: the Moon, planets and other celestial bodies. Coated optics deliver clear, highly detailed images. A convenient equatorial mount allows you to compensate for the daily rotation of objects. Optics The 80mm lens allows you to see the phases of Mercury and Venus, lunar craters with a diameter of up to 5 km, the moons of Jupiter, the Cassini gap in the rings of Saturn and much more. The picture is contrasty, and chromatic aberrations are minimized. A multilayer antireflection coating is applied to the optical surfaces. The metal rack focuser allows for smooth focus adjustment. The telescope is equipped with two eyepieces: 25 mm and 10 mm. The first is best used for searching for objects and for survey observations, while the second is perfect for a detailed study of celestial bodies. Mount The EQ2 equatorial mount is equipped with fine movement mechanisms to ensure smooth pipe movement. For astrophotography, the mount can be equipped with a motor drive along the right ascension axis (purchased separately). The aluminum tripod is equipped with a convenient tray for accessories. The height of the legs can be adjusted.
