Levenhuk Skyline BASE 100S is designed for exploring the depths of space! Its optical capabilities are enough to see all the objects in the Messier catalog - nebulae, double stars, galaxies, globular and open clusters and much more. It will also show the brightest objects in the NGC catalog, as well as the planets of the Solar System and the Moon. This is a versatile telescope, but deep space looks especially good in it. The reflector is aimed at beginner astronomers, is easy to operate and comes with all the necessary accessories. To point the telescope at an object of interest to you, you do not need to read instructions or textbooks. An alt-azimuth mount is no more complicated than a regular tripod. You just need to point the optical tube at the desired area of the sky, check the image in the 5x optical finder and adjust the sharpness - the beauty of space is already in front of you! Even a child can operate the telescope, it’s so simple. The telescope is stabilized by a classic aluminum tripod. It is lightweight, durable and reliable. It can be installed even on uneven surfaces - each of its legs is adjustable in height independently of the others. There is an accessory tray that can hold eyepieces, compass, star charts and other small items. Two eyepieces are already included in the package. With one the telescope gives a small magnification (35x), with the other it gives a significant magnification (175x).
