Levenhuk LZOS 1000D Dobsonian telescope

The optics of the Levenhuk LZOS 1000D Newtonian reflector are designed with a focus on the space industry - the diffraction quality of the workmanship significantly increases both aperture and resolution, allowing you to observe many dim deep space objects. The diameter of the main mirror is 130 mm, and a Dobsonian mount is used to control the optical tube. The telescope allows you to study near space in detail - consider Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, etc., and is also excellent for visual observations of distant galaxies, nebulae and open clusters. LZOS optics – made in Russia JSC Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant traces its history back to 1934. Now it is the largest Russian enterprise producing optical elements for telescopes, microscopes, binoculars, spotting scopes, as well as for space equipment, astronomical observatories and other amateur and professional instruments and systems. The high quality of LZOS optics is confirmed by many implemented projects not only in Russia, but also in cooperation with other countries. Diffraction quality of optical elements Diffractive optical elements are used to control giant astronomical mirrors so that their surface shape is as close to ideal as possible. And the better the mirror is polished and the more regular its shape, the higher the resolution of the telescope - you can see more small details and examine very dim astronomical objects. And the Levenhuk LZOS 1000D telescope has optical elements of exactly this level - manufactured with diffraction quality and allowing you to observe and photograph thousands of space objects with the highest detail. Well-thought-out equipment and ease of control The telescope is controlled manually using a Dobsonian mount. The optical tube is attached to it using rings and a dovetail plate. Assembly is carried out quickly, without complex operations. The mount has a smooth and reliable movement - “aiming” at objects is quite easy. The telescope can be rotated in the classic way: left, right, down and up. The included eyepiece has a focal length of 10 mm and on the Levenhuk LZOS 1000D telescope provides a magnification of 100x – comfortable for observing both near and far space. The field of view is 52°. Since the focuser is a standard 1.25-inch size, the telescope is compatible with many additional accessories: Barlow lenses, professional-grade eyepieces and more. If necessary, it will be easy to expand the capabilities of the telescope. Portable option for the countryside Usually a Newtonian reflector is a very bulky device, but Levenhuk LZOS 1000D is made more compact, its mount is smaller and lighter. And this is a very big plus, since it is quite simple to take it out for observations outside the city, where the capabilities of optics will greatly increase.
