Celestron PowerSeeker 60 EQ Telescope
Telescopes with a 60mm lens collect 44% more light than instruments with a 50mm lens. Therefore, the Celestron PowerSeeker 60 EQ telescope is able to show fainter space objects than optical instruments with a smaller aperture. The instrument comes on an equatorial mount with an aluminum tripod. Equatorial mounts are best suited for observing astronomical objects. The telescope is equipped with two eyepieces and a 3x Barlow lens. This combination allows this telescope to achieve magnifications ranging from 45x to 675x. Please note: the sharpest and most contrasting images can only be obtained up to the maximum usable magnification (120x for this model). The Celestron PowerSeeker 60 telescope, reviews of which you can read directly on this page in a separate tab, is excellent for entry-level astronomical observations.
