Telescope Bresser Junior 60/700 AZ1

A small refractor on an altazimuth mount, the Bresser Junior 60-700 AZ is an excellent choice for a child or teenager interested in astronomy. It is easy to operate, observation does not require special knowledge and skills, and at the same time, with this telescope you can see much more than with the naked eye. You will be able to see many details of the lunar surface, the rings of Saturn, the moons of Jupiter and other interesting objects. The telescope lens is made of optical glass with multilayer coating. It is a long-focus achromat with a diameter of 60 mm. Thanks to the small relative aperture, the influence of chromatism on image quality is minimized, which ensures correct color rendition, and the antireflective coating reduces light loss in the optics, which improves image brightness and contrast. The telescope is equipped with a finderscope for easy pointing at objects. The kit includes a diagonal mirror, which facilitates observations of the near-zenith region, and interchangeable eyepieces, allowing for different magnifications. Additionally, the kit includes a wraparound lens, when used, the telescope gives a direct “terrestrial” image and can be used to observe terrestrial objects. Thanks to the 1.25" diameter focuser, additional interchangeable eyepieces of this standard can be used with the telescope. The magnification range already in the basic configuration is 35–262 times. The telescope is mounted on a lightweight alt-azimuth mount, which is ideal for both astronomical and terrestrial observations. This mount does not require preliminary configuration before observations; its operation is intuitive. It is equipped with a micrometric height screw, which makes tracking objects easier. The telescope comes with a convenient case for storage and transportation, making it easy to take it with you on a trip to nature or on vacation. The case reliably protects the telescope from contamination and mechanical damage. The telescope can be easily transported in its case even by public transport.
