EnSpectr M532 spectrometer (Raman, luminescent)
EnSpectr M532 spectrometer (Raman, luminescent) combines the capabilities of the EnSpectr R532 spectrometer and the Olympus CX-41 microscope, adapting it for both transmission and reflection measurements. The EnSpectr M532 can be equipped with a stage for sample positioning and precise focusing. The standard delivery includes four attachments, including for direct measurements of substances and for measurements through translucent plastic containers and glass bottles. The measurement results are immediately available for further analysis. The RamMix M532 microscope can be equipped with automatic 2D movement for Raman mapping. Features: High-precision analysis of multicomponent mixtures and micro-objects; Transmission and reflection measurements; Sample positioning and focusing using a digital camera; Construction of a 2D map of the sample surface (optional); Compact design and portability; Qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixtures with high reliability; Developed on the basis of innovative technologies; Extended spectral range. Scope of application: Mineralogy and Geology; Examination of precious stones; Forensics; Quality control of solar energy materials; Chemical and pharmaceutical industry; Analysis of polymer, paint and varnish products and pigments; Study of bulk semiconductors and low-dimensional systems (graphene, 2D TMD, h-BN).
