Spectrophotometer SF-102 (200...1100 nm)

Spectrophotometer SF-102 - a device operating in the visible and ultraviolet regions of the spectrum. The optical design of the Split-beam spectrophotometer with division of the light flux consists of 2 optical channels, with only one channel exiting into the cuvette compartment. Despite the fact that, similar to a single-beam system, analytical problems can also be solved only by first obtaining the absorption spectrum of either a solvent or an empty cell compartment; here, with the help of a second optical channel passing inside the device, the internal noise of the device is completely compensated, and the degree of baseline drift is significantly reduced. The key components of the spectrophotometer (deuterium lamp, high-performance holographic grating, detector) combined with the latest design and assembly technologies provide excellent fundamental characteristics: extremely low level of stray light, high photometric accuracy, baseline stability, wide dynamic range and instrument durability. The programmable automatic eight-cell holder with electronic control allows the measurement of a series of eight samples. Due to low noise level and high resolution, it is possible to use cells with a large optical path and obtain result with guaranteed quality. The compartment for deuterium and halogen lamps is designed in such a way as to simplify their installation and eliminate operator errors. Features: optical design - single-beam Split-beam. light sources - halogen and deuterium lamps; detector - silicon photodiode; graphic display; digital wavelength setting; possibility of installing two types of autosamplers: - standard: 8-position holder for European standard cuvettes (width 12.5 mm, type SF) with an optical path length of 10 mm; - optional: 5-position holder for European standard cuvettes with an optical path length from 5 to 50 mm; standard RS-232 interface; computer control of work with confirmation of the correctness of procedures; ability to work without a computer; display of the spectrum on the screen; minimum level of diffuse light; self-test every time you turn on; ability to work in manual and automatic modes; storing measurement and calibration results in memory; chemically resistant body material. Operating modes: photometric; concentration measurement; spectrometric;* kinetic;* * Spectrometric, kinetic operating modes, and the “DNA/protein” concentration measurement mode are available when the spectrophotometer is operating from special software cards or when connecting it to a PC using UVWIN software, which fully reveals the capabilities of the spectrophotometer. Working without a computer, you can use a printer connected directly to the spectrophotometer via a standard connector to print reports of measurement results. Basic package: spectrophotometer with network cable (1.5 m); 8-position holder for European standard cuvettes (width 12.5 mm, type SF) with an optical path length of 10 mm; quartz cuvette type SF with an optical path length of 10 mm (2 pcs.); special program card; passport and operating manual with a copy of the verification procedure.
