Spectrophotometer HACH DR 6000The latest spectrophotometer DR6000 of the fourth generation is designed and manufactured in Germany. The device is designed to provide exceptional accuracy in laboratory analysis. The Czerny-Turner monochromator design reduces aberration and provides <2 nm spectral bandwidth. The output mirror system optimally aligns the measurement beam. Four filters in series reduce internal light scattering to <0.05% and allow the measurement signal to be determined over a range of ±3 Abs. Comparison beam technology compensates for signal fluctuations in the instrument. Two low-noise silicon detectors provide high selectivity and stability of the measured signal. The DR 6000 spectrophotometer is a new step in quality control. The powerful sample and operator registration system is now complemented by RFID wireless tag technology. Now you don’t need to remember who, when, what sample was taken and with what reagent - the device will remember on its own. Procedures for checking the correctness of the result (AQA+) are already built into the device. Measurement results are easy to read on the large color touch screen. User management, timers and settings are now always available. Measurement results can be transferred to a flash drive as a CSV file or XML file via USB, and can also be saved to a server on a local network via standard Ethernet. The device can update built-in methods when connected to the Internet. Additional methods are also available for monitoring water quality, for analysis in brewing production, as well as a kit for enzymatic analysis of the content of various components in food products. Constant accounting of the analysis The intelligent system of accounting of samples and users allows you to monitor the process of sample analysis. You always see where the sample comes from and who is doing the analysis. The conditional scale indicates the position of the result. Consistent quality The device is equipped with AQA+ analysis quality control programs; at any time the user can check the correctness of the results obtained, the accuracy of the pipette, and the correct dilution. Your results are always under control. Integration Thanks to its local network connection and extensive results export capabilities, the DR 6000 can be easily integrated into an enterprise information system or LIMS. Analysis procedures in the brewing industry For the analysis of raw materials and products in the brewing industry, additional software and analysis procedures are available in accordance with MEBAK guidelines. Enzymatic analysis procedures Using enzymatic analysis, food components such as malonic acid, ascorbic acid, glycerin, lactose, sorbitol, xylitol, starch, lactic acid, citric acid and others are determined.
