The unique pressure drum never comes into contact with the glass, thereby eliminating the possibility of scratches and jams on the document. Special transport rollers, which serve as pressure points, ensure safe transport of the scanned media. To obtain high-contrast images from blueprints or translucent media, the standard black drum can be easily replaced with a white drum without special tools. The technological basis of the scanner is the Scan2Net platform, which replaces the drivers and software required for scanning and connecting over the network. It is a stand-alone system that scans and delivers results to external servers, USB drives, cloud applications on the Internet, or directly to printers without the need for an additional PC. With a network interface, devices can achieve unmatched performance at extremely low connection costs.
