The RoboKids 2 construction set is an expanded version of the RoboRobo RoboKids line of educational robotic kits, designed for children 5-10 years old. This educational kit helps children learn the basics of robotics using the included microcontroller (CPU board) and various sensors (for example, infrared sensor, buzzer, etc.). Students do not need to use a computer to work with assembled robot models. The constructed models can be programmed using a card reader and special cards with the robot’s movements pre-recorded on them. Using a game card, you can easily and simply control the robot without using complex programs. Each card contains information in the form of a barcode, which records how to operate each part of the robot. Kids will find it easy and fun to build robot models with the step-by-step building instructions included in the RoboKids workbook.
