Working principle: ROBBO The robotic platform was created to teach programming and robotics to both children and adults. On the one hand, the Robot Platform is a simple constructor that allows you to assemble a robot from ready-made modules in a few minutes and write the first program for it in another 10 minutes. On the other hand, enthusiasts can make new modules for the robot and write more complex programs to control the robot in “adult” programming languages, since the project is open and free - drawings, programs and source codes are free and available for download at any time. Depending on the topic of the tasks being solved, the Roboplatform can be easily equipped with various sensors (up to 5 pieces at a time). It is possible to explain to children not only algorithms and programming, but also the basics of circuitry, physics, etc. Recommended age: 10-11 years. Programming: The world-famous Scratch environment (developed at MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is used as the basic programming environment. This is a convenient programming environment specifically designed for teaching children. Scratch programs consist of graphic blocks with text captions. Recommended age: 6-7 years.
