The operating principle of the device is based on the use of the direct potentiometry method. When measuring the pH of whole milk, the pH is converted into the titratable acidity of milk in degrees Turner (°T). Can be used as a high-resistance millivoltmeter: when measuring EMF from the output of the electrode system; with potentiometric titration. Benefits: Shockproof housing.
