Resource set Robotrack "Neurotrek"
Designed to study the basics of neurotechnology and neuropiloting by robots. The main component of the resource set is the Neurotrack neurohoop, which is an electroencephalograph (EEG) with one signal acquisition channel. “Neurotrack” is worn on the head and its feature is the collection of signals from the surface of the scalp (forehead) without the use of gel. The device processes the signals and returns three values to the user: “Concentration” (analogous to the beta rhythm), “Meditation” (analogous to the alpha rhythm) and the signal from eye blinking (EMG). Neurotrack transmits data to a computer via a Bluetooth wireless channel. Then the computer can redirect these signals to robotic installations (with a TrackDuino or Arduino-like controller) via a serial COM port via wire or Bluetooth to control them (this educational complex is considered a resource set, expanding the functionality to the main sets, and integrates with the robotic designers “Trainee A”, “Trainee B”, “Mechanics and Mechatronics”). To program robotic models, you need to install the Robotrack IDE programming environment on a personal computer with a Bluetooth module v2 or higher installed on it. Expanding the scope of recruitment and studying additional technologies: using the robotic designer “Trainee A”/“Trainee B”/“Mechanics and Mechatronics”, learn to control robots using brain signals as part of the course “Introduction to Cognitive Sciences”, 15 lessons;.
