Regional component of ALMA "Nizhny Novgorod region" 43"
A thematically designed interactive panel with proprietary software designed to introduce preschoolers and elementary school students to the history and culture of the region. Created to implement the target program of the Russian Federation “Strengthening the unity of the Russian nation and the ethnocultural development of the peoples of Russia.” The software includes an interactive map of the Nizhny Novgorod region, a quiz, puzzles, “Find a Pair” and “Find the Difference” games. The interactive map of the region highlights attractions, natural beauty, wildlife and traditional dishes of the region. For each item, when you hover over it on the map, a detailed description opens. The quiz contains many questions about the history, geography of the region, flora and fauna, famous personalities, traditional food and clothing, holidays, musical instruments, etc. It is also possible to create quizzes yourself with the quiz designer, adding your own questions, answer options, pictures and illustrations. The games “Find a Pair” and “Find the Differences” and assembling puzzles will consolidate the acquired knowledge in the minds of schoolchildren, because the tasks use the same landmarks, traditional costumes and iconic features of the Nizhny Novgorod region. It is possible to adjust difficulty levels in tasks depending on the age and abilities of the student. By completing the tasks of the regional component, children will remember important things about the history of their native land, about famous people and the unique traditions of the place where they were born - all this contributes to the formation of true patriotism and respect for the homeland. Additionally, ALMA Preschool Education software is supplied, with which children will develop the skills necessary to prepare for school: counting, colors, geometric shapes, telling time, concepts of “more and less,” classification of objects and much more. The software contains more than 200 tasks, tests, games and quizzes for preschoolers.
