Software SIGMAMEDIA "MFC My Documents"

SIGMAMEDIA “My Documents” is customizable software for terminals operating in the MFC and providing access to government services. The software package is compatible with Windows / Android / Linux platforms and is adapted to the requirements of the Accessible Environment program. The user interface of the terminals is designed for a large screen and adapted for users with limited mobility and people with visual/hearing impairments. The software is part of the electronic queue management system if the terminal is located in the MFC building. If it is autonomous (like the My Documents mini-office), then it has the function of remotely receiving services through the terminal. The “My Documents” software package includes: “ACS” module for creating the structure of the information system, entering data and settings. “Client” for displaying entered information on infomats/touch kiosks. “Chat” for remote consultations of users via video conferencing or text dialogue (software runs on a smartphone / tablet / PC).
