The anti-glare surface on the IPS panel uses a concave/convex surface to diffuse light from the sun and lighting equipment. Because it suppresses external reflections to provide clear images, this display is ideal for use in surveillance rooms and public areas. In addition to displaying crisp and bright images, these panels also offer high brightness uniformity when used as part of a video wall. Both display series automatically adjust backlight brightness based on panel wear to maintain consistent brightness. When the backlight brightness is set to approximately 80% of maximum, the display maintains constant brightness for approximately 30,000 hours (about 3.4 years). When the backlight brightness is set to approximately 60% of maximum, the display maintains constant brightness for approximately 70,000 hours (about 8 years). The TH-55VF2H and TH-55VF2 displays feature a dual-system input switch that can be used for signal backup with failover and fallback functions when needed. This ensures a high level of reliability on displays. The installation process is simplified by using a native application to simplify system configuration. Based on HDBaseT technology, DIGITAL LINK supports long-distance transmission of audio, video and control signal, and can also be used for daisy-chaining over a single cable. Panasonic's free Video Wall Manager software can be used with TH-55VF2/TH-55VF2H series displays. It allows you to calibrate color using a color sensor, configure display settings and manage data via a PC.
