The Benq CS7501 is a professional, enterprise-grade 4K UHD panel specifically designed for business meetings, presentations and video conferencing. Tired of wires? You can split the CS panel screen and display up to four images from different devices using the InstaShare app. The anti-glare 4K display with 450 cd/m² brightness lets you see everything in great detail. The panel comes with a remote control that doubles as a mouse and pointer. Use it as a cursor to move elements on the screen or bring up a pop-up toolbar to take notes during presentations or record a session. Don't have a laptop or USB drive? No problem. With BenQ's Account Management System (AMS), you can access your documents, spreadsheets and slides via the cloud and edit them directly from your CS dashboards using your wireless presentation system. Don't limit yourself to presentations and reports. With a host of built-in collaboration features, BenQ CS panels serve as a shared workspace that allows you to get the most out of your discussions. The Duo OS feature allows you to open the operating system window to continue working with the CS panel while using specialized software such as AutoCAD or Photoshop from the built-in computer or external device. EZWrite Cloud Whiteboard takes collaboration to the next level. Participants can add notes and media to the screen via their own devices. In addition to Zoom Rooms or the pre-installed TeamViewer Meeting, you can also use Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and other popular applications through your OPS computer. Reserve a meeting room through Meeting Room 365 and send invitations to employees at the same time. The widget will inform everyone about upcoming meetings: when and which meeting room to go to. Keep your colleagues in the know. For regular and time-sensitive announcements, you can use the X-Sign Broadcast app to send messages to one or more displays in your office meeting rooms.
