Optical stereoscopic microscope MAGUS Stereo A18T
Stereoscopic microscope MAGUS Stereo A18T is a research-grade device. Using a stereomicroscope, you can examine three-dimensional objects and evaluate the topography of their surface: the device produces a 3D image. Works with transparent and translucent samples in transmitted light. Additional components installed on the microscope will allow for research in polarized light, fluorescent light or dark field. You can install a digital camera. MAGUS Stereo A18T is designed according to the Abbe optical design: two optical channels from the eyepieces are connected in the main lens. The stereoscopic angle of the device is 11°. Abbe stereo microscopes are distinguished by image accuracy without distortion and high resolution, wide field of view and good color rendition. This model can be used in a wide range of scientific and industrial research: in medicine, including IVF, in biology, archeology, forensics, as well as for industrial testing of the quality of materials, work in the field of microelectronics. The eyepiece tubes in the visual attachment have an inclination of 20°: it is comfortable and is especially important during long-term studies. The user can adjust the eye relief to his height: to do this, you need to rotate each of the tubes around its axis. There is no diopter adjustment mechanism: if it is necessary, equip the microscope with eyepieces with a diopter adjustment ring. To install the camera there is a vertical tube with a photo output. The light is divided according to the scheme 100/0 or 0/100. Switching occurs between the right eyepiece tube and the imaging channel and does not affect the left eyepiece tube. The lens system in each tube smoothly magnifies the image and simultaneously adjusts the focal length: as a result, the object is always in focus. The zoom lens in the MAGUS Stereo A18T model can magnify the image up to 18 times. The optical channels converge at the main lens. In this microscope it is planapochromatic, with leveling of spherical and chromatic distortions for a large number of colors. The lens is mounted at an angle of 90° to the plane of the object; this position produces an accurate image of the object without distorting its shape. The main lens provides 1x magnification with an aperture of 0.15 and has a working distance of 60 mm. The microscope is equipped with a transmitted light illuminator powered by an LED. Its resource is designed for 50 thousand hours. The LED has a power of 10 watts and is suitable not only for bright field operation, but also for dark field or polarized light methods. The table is equipped with a glass insert, which is designed to work in transmitted light. It scatters light and helps illuminate the sample evenly. The microscope supports operation using the oblique transmitted light illumination method. To implement it, a black plate is used inside the base - it is moved with a special slider on the right side and the optimal arrangement of light and shade is achieved. The base also contains a prism for working with different magnifications - the rod on the right side of the base is responsible for input and output. The focusing mechanism will help you achieve a focused image. It is adjusted using coaxially located coarse and fine adjustment knobs.
