Optical microscope Micromed POLAR 3

The MICROMED POLAR 3 microscope is designed for studying crystalline and other micro-objects in transmitted polarized and ordinary light. Five-socket revolver with centered sockets. Rotating polarizer (360 degrees) and analyzer (90 degrees). Round rotating stage with fixed corners. The Bertrand lens system provides observation of the exit pupils of the lenses. A set of compensators ensures the determination of a number of optical characteristics of an object when examined in polarized light. Used for routine work in laboratories, as well as for educational purposes in higher education institutions. Areas of application: petrography; mineralogy; crystallography; coal petrography; biology; medicine; chemistry; forensics. On the microscope, you can photograph images of objects using a f/c-based visualization kit (not included) and display the image in real time on a PC screen using a video eyepiece (not included). The imaging kit and video eyepiece are installed in the third vertical output of the visual attachment.
