Microscope Micromed 3 (U3) is a professional trinocular device with an “infinite” optical system and the ability to install a video eyepiece. Thanks to its outstanding optical capabilities, this model will be an effective tool for morphological studies and laboratory diagnostics. The microscope will prove excellent in studying tissues and cellular structures in various areas of medicine. It is possible to observe not only stained, but also unstained preparations - thin sections and smears. The microscope is equipped with a pair of wide-field eyepieces and four planachromat objectives. High magnification lenses (including water immersion) are spring-loaded for added protection. The main advantage of observations in Micromed 3 (U3) is the ability to select lighting. The device comes with two types of replacement lamps: halogen and LED. In addition, the microscope is equipped with a Köhler illumination system, which includes an Abbe condenser and a field diaphragm, as well as a set of color filters. Sharpness is adjusted using a coaxial mechanism and knobs on both sides of the device, coarse and fine focusing are available. There is a function for blocking the coarse focusing mechanism - this saves the laboratory assistant’s time when moving from one microslide to another. The visual binocular part is tilted by 30°, there is diopter correction.
