Installation of optional components will allow the use of dark field, phase contrast, luminescence and polarization methods. The coded revolver maintains comfortable brightness when switching lenses. Intelligent control of microscope lighting increases the comfort, speed and efficiency of the researcher's work. Thanks to “smart” functions, there is no need to be distracted by settings; the researcher’s attention is completely focused on the tasks being solved. Visual attachment Trinocular imaging head with infinity-rated optics. The nozzle tubes rotate 360°. The user selects the eye relief height in accordance with his own height. The digital camera is installed in a vertical tube with an imaging channel. Light division 50/50. The basic package includes 10x/22 mm eyepieces with diopter correction and remote pupil for working with glasses. Turret device and lenses A coded revolver with 5 lenses, turned “away from the observer”: the user sees the lens that introduced the rays, the space above the table is free. An additional lens can be installed in the free slot of the revolver, which will allow you to obtain another magnification within the magnification range. The parfocal height of the lenses is 60 mm. Above the revolver there is a slot with a plug for installing the analyzer. Maintaining comfortable brightness when changing magnifications Lenses of different magnifications transmit light to different degrees, so each time you change lenses, the brightness of the light must be adjusted. In addition, the brightness increases sharply when switching from a higher magnification lens to a lower magnification lens. A sharp increase in brightness causes eye fatigue. MAGUS Bio 270T is equipped with intelligent light brightness control. The optimal level of light brightness is automatically switched on on each lens, eliminating unexpected changes in brightness when changing magnification. This feature optimizes your workflow and reduces eye fatigue. Focus With a large number of study objects, the operator constantly uses the fine focusing handle in his work. To reduce wrist strain, the microscope uses a smooth, responsive mechanism. The fine focusing handle has special grooves for your fingers. Fine-tuning the focus occurs effortlessly, and the right hand does not get tired. The coarse and fine focusing knobs are coaxial and located low. The researcher places his hands on the table and takes a comfortable position for working on the microscope. The coarse focus lock knob helps you quickly adjust the microscope after changing the subject of study. The handle is located on the left side of the microscope on the same axis as the focusing mechanism. The ring on the right side adjusts the rigidity of the coarse focusing stroke. The user adjusts the comfortable firmness for work. Subject table The table does not have a retractable rack along the X axis, which increases the ergonomics of operation. The belt drive mechanism moves the object smoothly. The drug holder is secured with two screws and can be easily removed during manual scanning. The long table control handle ensures user comfort while working: the hand rests on the table without strain. Condenser The Abbe condenser is centered and height adjustable. Mounting type: dovetail. The condenser ring adjusts the iris diaphragm. There is an aperture marking on the condenser body, and an indicator marker on the ring. To achieve contrast on each lens, it is recommended to rotate the ring so that the index marker matches the aperture markings of the lens being used. Light source The transmitted light illuminator contains a 3-watt LED. The microscope illuminator has a function for adjusting color temperature in the range from 3000 to 7000 K. The user selects a color temperature that is comfortable for the eyes and easily changes it with one button when studying an object requires a change in light. LED service life is 50,000 hours. Köhler illumination in transmitted light The light source is located in the base at the back of the microscope, the light is directed to the collector using a mirror. The contrast of the image is regulated by the aperture diaphragm of the condenser, the magnitude of the illuminated field is regulated by the field diaphragm of the collector. Adjusting the Köhler illumination improves the quality of the image of the object: the resolution limit is reached on each lens and uniform illumination of the field of view without darkening at the edges. The object of interest is brought into focus and the artifact images are removed. LCD work status screen The LCD screen on the base of the microscope displays the lens magnification, brightness and color temperature of the light source, and operating mode (“sleep”, “eco”). The user of the microscope, using the screen and one knob, adjusts the brightness, selects the color temperature, locks the brightness adjustment, sets the sleep mode and the auto-off timer.
