Optical microscope MAGUS Bio 250TL
The biological microscope MAGUS Bio 250TL with “infinite” plan achromatic optics and LED illumination is designed specifically for use in laboratories, research institutes and university departments. With its help, studies of translucent and transparent biological samples (smears and thin sections) are carried out. The microscope is bright-field, but with the installation of additional accessories it will also allow research in the dark field, polarized light and using phase contrast. Optical design The trinocular attachment is an opportunity to display images from a microscope on an external screen using a digital camera (the camera is not included in the basic package). To install it, a separate visual channel is used - it is located vertically. The visual part of the nozzle can be adapted to the height of the observer, since the eyepiece tubes rotate 360°. There is also an adjustment for your particular vision – there is a diopter adjustment ring on the left tube. The package includes 4 lenses; the revolving device has 5 slots for their installation. One slot can be used to install an additional lens. The revolver deployed “from the observer” provides a comfortable overview - the lens inserted into the path of the rays is clearly visible. There is free space above the object table. Research in the basic configuration is carried out in the range from 40 to 1000 times. Optional eyepieces are used to increase the upper limit. Lighting system The illuminator is located at the bottom of the microscope. This is a 3W LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours. LED lighting does not change color temperature as brightness changes, ensuring consistent viewing conditions. The illuminator operates on AC power. The microscope provides for Köhler illumination adjustment: the Abbe condenser moves vertically and can be centered, there are both aperture and field diaphragms. Also, the design of the condenser allows the use of sliders for different observation methods - dark field and phase contrast. They are installed in a separate slot, changing the method is quick and effortless. Mechanics The object table is equipped with a preparation guide, which is responsible for moving the sample. If necessary, the drug driver can be removed. Thanks to the absence of a retractable rail, the table is more convenient to use than a standard one. At the bottom of the microscope body there are coaxial focusing knobs - coarse and fine. This arrangement increases the comfort of long-term work, since your hands can be freely placed on the table, rather than being held suspended. Adjusting the hardness of the action and locking coarse focus are two more useful functions when adjusting sharpness.
