Levenhuk MED 20B – microscope (professional, medical) for laboratory research. Equipped with a binocular attachment, wide-field eyepieces and semi-planachromatic lenses. It was created for the study of microsamples by specialists - employees of medical laboratories, research centers, health and educational institutions. The microscope allows you to work with complex microstructures at magnifications from 40 to 1000 times. The optics are protected with an anti-fungal coating. The binocular head has a comfortable 30° tilt, making long observations less tiring. The attachment can be rotated around its axis by 360°, making the microscope excellent for group studies. The eyepieces provide 10x magnification, allow you to adjust diopters to fine-tune sharpness, and provide a good overview. The lenses have different magnifications, with the 40x and 100x lenses equipped with spring-loaded frames to protect the optics from accidental damage. The 100x objective is also used for oil immersion observations. The stage can be moved in two directions. The drug guide helps to accurately position microslides under the lens. Under the table there is a lighting system: halogen backlight and Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm and filter holder. The brightness of the backlight can be adjusted, it is possible to configure the lighting according to Koehler. There is coarse and fine focusing. The backlight operates on AC power.
