Levenhuk 870T Optical Microscope

Levenhuk 870T is a reliable trinocular biological microscope that can be used to perform a full range of bright-field observations. Widely used in medical institutions of various types for urological, dermatological, biological, biochemical, pathological, cytological, hematological and general clinical laboratory tests. And since this is a trinocular, it can be used as a digital microscope when combined with an eyepiece camera. The microscope is equipped with a rotating (360°) trinocular head with a tilt angle of 30°. Four lenses in a revolving device, the classic (Köhler) type of illumination, and the ability to adjust the aperture and field diaphragms make this microscope an excellent tool for serious observations. The Levenhuk 870T microscope is focused using coarse and fine focus adjustment screws. Focusing knobs allow you to move the stage in a vertical plane for precise focusing, while the lens remains stationary. The table also moves in the horizontal direction, since it is two-coordinate. Table dimensions 140x155 mm. Thanks to the soft focusing movement and the stage movement mechanism, all settings change smoothly, without jerking. Focusing has the following steps: coarse - 25 mm, fine - 0.002 mm The microscope is equipped with a built-in halogen lamp (6 V/20 W) with a brightness adjustment option. The optics are fully multi-layer coated. A special feature of this model is the ability to conduct observations in a dark field. This method is particularly suitable for hematological studies. The built-in dark field condenser can be used when the Abbe condenser is raised up. To begin dark-field observations, turn the illuminator ring counterclockwise, and to return to bright field, turn the ring clockwise.
