Levenhuk 450B is a binocular microscope that is suitable for both beginners and experienced observers interested in medicine, microbiology, ecology, veterinary medicine and other areas of activity related to the study of transparent samples, biological preparations, bacteria and the microworld. The microscope is used to work in a bright field, with the possibility of using oil immersion (a bottle of oil is included in the delivery package). The optics of the device are achromatic, which means the visible image will never be distorted by aberrations and will retain brightness, clarity and truthfulness. The binocular attachment has wide-field eyepieces that provide 10x magnification. The visual part of the nozzle has a physiological tilt of 30° and the ability to rotate around its axis by 360°, which makes long-term individual or group work with samples convenient and not straining the eyesight. The revolving device contains 4 objectives with magnifications of 4, 10, 40 and 100x, which in different combinations with eyepieces give the total magnification of the microscope from 40 to 1000x. The 100x objective is suitable for observations using the immersion method. The design of the Levenhuk 450B microscope includes a 110x120 mm stage, under which there is a backlight - an LED with a collector - and an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and a special filter holder. The condenser amplifies the intensity and corrects the direction of the light, so that the sample under study is illuminated evenly and can be studied in detail.
