Levenhuk 400T Optical Microscope
Levenhuk 400T trinocular microscope is designed for laboratory work with biological samples. It provides magnification ranging from 40x to 1000x and allows the use of brightfield and oil immersion techniques. All observations are carried out in transmitted light. The microscope will be a worthy addition to the arsenal of necessary equipment in a medical or research institution. The microscope is equipped with a trinocular attachment. It is rotatable - it rotates 360°, the visual unit has a slight tilt of 30°, and a digital camera can be installed in the vertical eyepiece tube (not included). The optics are achromatic and wide-field. Eyepieces provide 10x magnification, objectives zoom 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x. The 40x and 100x lenses have spring-loaded frames that protect the front lens from accidental damage. For oil immersion, a 100x objective is used. The sharpness of the optics is adjusted using the coarse and fine focusing knobs. Samples for research are installed on a stage with a preparation carrier and illuminated from below by LED illumination with a collector. The light passes through an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm, and the brightness of the backlight is adjustable. If necessary, you can install a light filter in a special holder. The backlight is powered by rechargeable batteries (included in delivery) or AC power.
