Levenhuk 320 PLUS Optical Microscope

The Levenhuk 320 PLUS biological microscope can be used for laboratory work in educational institutions, in various fields of medicine to solve a wide range of problems, in veterinary medicine, and also as a home hobby microscope. Using a microscope, you can study stained and unstained biological objects in the form of smears and sections in transmitted light. Combining achromatic optics and advanced mechanics, compared to simpler educational models, the Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope is in demand both for training purposes in professional and higher educational institutions, and for simple routine work in the laboratory. The microscope has a classic monocular attachment with a wide-field eyepiece providing tenfold magnification. The nozzle can be rotated 360°, its angle of inclination from the horizontal line is 60°. This design of the nozzle is convenient for group studies and long-term observations. The revolving device is designed for four lenses. Lenses are mounted on standard RMS threads. The basic package includes a 100x oil lens with a numerical aperture of 1.25. Thanks to its high resolution, it is precisely this that allows you to obtain high-quality images at magnifications of 1000 and 1600 times. The objective is used with immersion oil, which fills the space between the objective lens and the coverslip. Bottle of oil included. Microspecimens are fixed on the object table. It can be moved in two directions. For the most accurate positioning of samples under the lens, a preparation guide is used. A coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism is used to adjust sharpness. To illuminate samples in the microscope, a lower LED illumination with adjustable brightness is used. The light beam passes through the Abbe condenser, its intensity can be adjusted by the iris diaphragm. The delivery set includes light filters that help make the observed image more contrasty and clear. The backlight can be powered by AC power or batteries (included). One battery charge lasts approximately 10 hours of continuous operation. Thanks to this, the Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope can be used outside the home: on expeditions or at seminars.
