Optical microscope Biomed 5PR Lum
Biomed 5PR Lum is a specialized medical and biological microscope designed to work in transmitted light with dark objects. With this microscope it is possible to carry out research based on the methods of bright and dark field, phase contrast, luminescence and simple polarization. The luminescent attachment allows you to study objects in the light of visible luminescence, excited by the blue-violet part of the spectrum. A fluorescent microscope is indispensable when conducting tests for viral, bacterial and other infections. Biomed 5PR Lum is equipped with a rotating trinocular nozzle with a luminous flux switch. The eyepiece tubes are tilted at an angle of 30°, which ensures a comfortable position for the observer's head. The eyepiece attachment allows for the correction of interpupillary distance and dioptre - you can adjust these values before working with the drug for a long time. The revolving device of the microscope is designed for five objectives. The kit includes a wide-angle eyepiece and 4 PL lenses with a parfocal distance of 45 mm. The microscope is equipped with coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanisms, and the stage is equipped with a specimen holder for two glasses. The centered condenser with vertical movement is equipped with a filter holder for transmitted light and an aperture diaphragm. An illuminator with an iris diaphragm and a matte filter is built into the base of the microscope. The model assumes Köhler lighting settings. A halogen lamp with continuously adjustable brightness is used as a light source.
