The Biomed 3I LYUM fluorescent microscope is perfect for the most complex biological, biochemical, cytological and general clinical studies in laboratories of the highest level. The device with “infinite” optics has a magnification of 40–400 times and allows for research using bright field, phase contrast and visible luminescence light. The microscope is equipped with four plan achromatic objectives, two of which are phase lenses. The lenses minimize spherical and chromatic distortion, and the 40x lens has a spring-loaded frame. When changing lenses, the user will not need to refocus due to their parfocality. The revolving device is designed for 5 lenses. The trinocular head with 360° rotation is convenient for group observations and connecting a camera. The inclined arrangement of the eyepiece tubes makes the device convenient for long-term work, and the adjustable interpupillary distance and the possibility of diopter adjustment help adapt the microscope to the individual requirements of the user. The modular design of the device allows you to quickly switch the lighting and filters used. Illumination is provided by halogen and fluorescent mercury lamps. Focusing is carried out using screws for coarse and fine adjustment. The ceramic-coated object table moves vertically and horizontally and is equipped with a removable specimen guide, as well as holders for Petri dishes and Terasaki plates.
