Optical inverted microscope MAGUS Bio V360

Research grade microscope. Designed for the study of liquid sediments, cell colonies, living cells, tissue cultures and other stained and unstained objects in laboratory glassware. The inverted design of the microscope involves the use of Petri dishes, multi-well plates, vials, roller bottles and flasks up to 75 mm high with a bottom thickness of 1.2 mm. The microscope uses special lenses to work with such glassware. With the condenser removed, it will be possible to observe cell cultures in Petri dishes or in cylindrical flasks up to 187 mm. Observations are carried out in transmitted light, research methods are bright field and phase contrast. Installation of optional components will allow the use of Hoffman modulation contrast and relief contrast methods. The microscope is used for research in the fields of medicine, pharmacology, biology, and virology. The maximum configuration of the microscope is suitable for IVF. Visual attachment Binocular visual attachment with optics designed for infinity. The digital camera is installed in the side imaging channel on the microscope attachment. The luminous flux is switchable 100/0 or 0/100. Revolving device Coded revolver for 5 lenses. An additional lens can be installed in the free slot of the revolver, which will allow you to obtain another magnification within the magnification range. Lenses Planachromatic infinity lenses with an increased working distance are adjusted to the thickness of the pan bottom of 1.2 mm. Parfocal height – 60 mm. One lens is used to work using the bright field method and three lenses are used to work using the phase contrast method. Maintaining comfortable brightness when changing magnifications Lenses of different magnifications transmit light to different degrees, so each time you change lenses, the brightness of the light must be adjusted. In addition, the brightness increases sharply when switching from a higher magnification lens to a lower magnification lens. A sharp increase in brightness causes eye fatigue. MAGUS Bio V360 is equipped with intelligent light brightness control. The microscope remembers the brightness for each lens that the user has selected and automatically sets this brightness when turning the nosepiece. Intelligent control reduces the time required to adjust brightness. MAGUS Bio V360 increases user comfort and saves time even when work requires frequent magnification changes. Focus The coarse and fine focusing knobs are coaxial and located low. The researcher places his hands on the table and takes a comfortable position for working on the microscope. The coarse focus lock knob helps you quickly adjust the microscope after changing the subject of study. The handle is located on the left side of the microscope on the same axis as the focusing mechanism. The ring on the right side adjusts the rigidity of the coarse focusing stroke. The user adjusts the comfortable firmness for work. Subject table The object table is motionless. A special mechanism is installed on the table, which moves laboratory glassware in two mutually perpendicular directions. Smooth, subtle movement of the object will ensure the accuracy of the research - not a single section of the object under study will be missed. The long table control handle ensures user comfort while working: the hand rests on the table without strain. The microscope kit includes a universal cup holder. Condenser A phase contrast slider is installed in the condenser. The phase rings are centered. Using a slider saves time when switching from one research method to another. The condenser slot can accommodate a relief contrast slider or a Hoffman modulation contrast slider. Light source The 3W LED provides bright subject illumination, sufficient for brightfield and phase contrast work on all lenses. Color temperature does not change when brightness changes. LED service life is 50,000 hours. LCD work status screen The LCD screen on the base of the microscope displays the lens magnification, the brightness of the light source, and the operating mode (“sleep”, “eco”). The user of the microscope, using the screen and two knobs, adjusts the brightness, locks the brightness adjustment, sets the sleep mode and the auto-off timer. Ergonomic design Physical discomfort causes fatigue and reduces work productivity. The ergonomic design of a microscope plays an important role in everyday scientific research. MAGUS Bio V360 provides user comfort during operation. The visual head is located at an ergonomic angle so that your back and neck do not get tired. Thanks to the low and compact stage, it is convenient for the user to manipulate the sample and work with laboratory glassware. The long handle of the movement mechanism allows you not to raise your hand from the table to control the microscope, nor to change your comfortable position. Focusing knobs are located at the bottom of the body. The user does not strain his hands while working. Thanks to the smooth movement of the mechanism, the user can focus on the object without effort.
