Optical inverted microscope MAGUS Bio V300
The inverted microscope MAGUS Bio V300 is an optical device for studying plant and animal tissues, cell cultures and other unstained and stained preparations in laboratory glassware. The design of the microscope allows for the use of Petri dishes, flasks and plates up to 70 mm high and with a bottom 1.2 mm thick. Samples are studied in a bright field and using the phase contrast method in transmitted light. The microscope is recommended for equipment in medical, sanitary, and agricultural laboratories; it can be used as a teaching microscope in universities. Optical design You can install a digital camera on the microscope to display images on an external screen, photograph samples, and record the progress of research on video. The camera is placed in a vertical tube of the attachment, the light is directed onto it using a light flux divider. The camera must be ordered separately. Light division 50/50. The lenses are installed in a four-socket revolving device. The included lenses are plan achromatic, infinity corrected, and have an extended working distance. They are designed specifically for use with laboratory glassware. Three lenses are designed for bright-field studies, one for phase contrast. Lighting system The source of transmitted light is a 9-watt LED with adjustable brightness. When changing the light intensity, the color temperature does not change; there is enough brightness to work on all lenses using any contrast method. The LED lifespan is 50,000 hours. The condenser has a special slot into which the phase slider is installed. It simplifies the transition from one observation method to another. The slider is included and the phase rings are centered. Mechanics The set includes 3 cup holders for the specimen table. The holders are designed for dishes of different sizes. The table does not move; the cups are shifted along the X and Y axes using a special mechanism. The rigidity of the coarse focusing motion is adjustable, there is a motion blocker, and fine-tuning the focus is also available. Focusing handles are located coaxially on both sides of the body. Accessories You can purchase additional accessories for the microscope: phase lenses, eyepieces, calibration slides, digital cameras.
