Oximeter HANNA HI 2004-02 (digital) The Edge is an incredibly easy-to-use, innovative device capable of measuring dissolved oxygen. Slim polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor, Clark cell type The device uses a Clark-type polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor with replaceable caps with a polytetrafluoroethylene membrane. The small diameter of the sensor is ideal for many applications, including those that require measurements without removal, such as inside wine bottles. Capacitive sensor The edge device has a capacitive touch keyboard, which gives it a modern and practical appearance. The keyboard has a fast response and is sensitive enough when working with laboratory gloves. Because the keyboard is part of the screen, there are no buttons that could become contaminated by sample residue. Large easy to read LCD screen The edge device is equipped with a 5.5-inch LCD display, which is easy to read from a distance of more than 5 meters. The large screen and wide viewing angle (150°) provide one of the most user-friendly LCD displays in the industry. Digital dissolved oxygen sensors Edge's high-tech dissolved oxygen sensors have a built-in microchip that stores calibration information and automatically loads it into the device's memory when the sensor is connected to it. Information stored in the sensors includes the model number, serial number, and calibration information including information about the standards used and the date and time the last calibration was performed. Clark cell type polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor To provide automatic temperature compensation for dissolved oxygen measurements, the edge® HI 764080 dissolved oxygen sensor has a built-in temperature sensor mounted in a thin 12 mm housing. At the end of the HI 764080 sensor there is a thread onto which replaceable caps with a polytetrafluoroethylene membrane are screwed, which makes them easy to replace both in the field and in the laboratory. The supplied HI 7041S fill solution is a concentrated potassium chloride solution used in a Clark polarographic cell. In this cell, an external voltage is applied to a platinized cathode and a silver anode, between which an electric current is generated, the strength of which is proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen. 3.5mm input jack Connecting the electrodes is very simple: there are no guides, no pins, just plug in the 3.5 mm jack and you can start working. Edge® is a versatile device. It can be used both as a portable and as a desktop device. Wall mount Using the wall mount frame (included), edge can be wall mounted, freeing up space on your lab bench. The frame has a built-in connector for powering the edge and charging its batteries. Wall mount designed to save valuable desk space. Stand and electrode holder The edge device is equipped with a table stand with a built-in edge power connector, onto which an adjustable rotating stand for electrodes is attached. This design allows for charging and reliable fixation of the device at an optimal viewing angle. Edge® is very thin and weighs only 250 g. Battery life is 8 hours. The device is equipped with two USB connectors. Two USB ports The edge device is equipped with one standard USB connector for exporting data to a USB drive and another microUSB connector for connecting to a computer for exporting files, as well as for charging the device in the absence of a stand or wall mount.
