TurtleBot3 Waffle Pi is an enhanced version with increased payload capacity and additional sensors. Compact, modular, programmable mobile robot of a new generation. Learn the ROS operating system and create interesting applications for teaching, research and new development. The robot is equipped with a rotating lidar with a viewing angle of 360 degrees, which makes it possible to implement algorithms for autonomous navigation and localization. The robot is integrated into various kinematic schemes, for example, into a 2-wheel differential platform or a 4-wheel Ackermann platform. Turtlbot3 is built on the new Dynamixel XM series servomotors, which support several control modes: position, speed, current, and a combination of the above modes. Thanks to the support of modern control methods on the Turtlebot3 platform, it is possible to implement algorithms for collaborative robots.
